We are excited to get the season underway as we continue to build upon the success of last season!
Spring Season High School ($1,525)
Triangle Rowing Club’s (TRC) high school program is for experienced (returning) and inexperienced (new) athletes in 9th-12th grade. TRC will help experienced rowers improve on existing techniques and provide rigorous conditioning and training for fall competitions. For new athletes, TRC will work to provide the foundations necessary for each athlete to get the most out of each practice and regatta.
Spring Season Middle School ($435)
Our middle school athletes practice 3 days per week and typically have one race per fall and spring season. No experience is necessary to join our middle school team. We will teach each athlete the basics of rowing with a focus on fun and fundamentals.
Please take a moment to review the Athlete and Family Manual. You are responsible for reading and complying with all policies in TRC's Athlete & Family Manual.
